Our refund and delivery terms for our services

At Nixeny Digital, we prioritize customer satisfaction. The following refund conditions apply to our digital services: • 100% of payments made before the project starts are refundable. • After the project starts, refunds can be made for portions not yet completed. • No refunds for delivered and approved projects. • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date.
For refund requests, you can email info@nixeny.com or call +90 535 878 48 00. • Refund requests are processed within 3 business days. • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the same payment method. • Refund times for credit card payments may vary depending on your bank.
To request a refund: • You must have a valid order or invoice number. • You must provide a written reason for the refund. • No refunds for delivered and used digital products (logos, design files, etc.). • Custom-made designs specific to the client are not eligible for refund.

Delivery conditions for our digital services: • Website projects: 2-6 weeks (depending on scope) • Logo and corporate identity: 1-2 weeks • SEO services: Ongoing with monthly reporting • Social media management: Ongoing with monthly content plan Delivery dates are communicated in writing at project start.
No refunds in the following cases: • Projects delayed due to client-side issues • Approved and delivered work • Third-party services (domain, hosting, ad budget, etc.) • Consulting and training services
